- What exactly triggers an alert email?
- Two events, both against the official FDA data: a firm on your watchlist is ADDED to any import alert red list, or a firm on your watchlist is REMOVED from a red list it was on (delisted, or moved to a green list). No noise in between.
- What is the FSVP evidence PDF?
- A monthly summary of every check we ran for your suppliers: the supplier, the import alerts checked against, the result, and the timestamp of each check. It is designed as supporting documentation for your 21 CFR 1.505 supplier-evaluation file. It is a record of checks — not legal advice, not a compliance certification.
- Where does the data come from?
- Directly from the official FDA import alert pages at accessdata.fda.gov, refreshed daily. Every result links to the official source, and we show the last-refresh timestamp on every page.
- How do I cancel?
- From your Gumroad receipt or gumroad.com/library, anytime. Your watchlist stops being monitored at the end of the billing period.
