Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. The service
Import Alert Radar (“the Service”) provides search and monitoring of the public FDA import alert lists. The free search and the paid monitoring plans are provided by Import Alert Radar; payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc. as merchant of record.
2. Not affiliated with FDA; informational only
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any government agency. All data originates from the official public FDA import alert pages and may lag the source. Nothing on the Service is legal advice, a compliance certification, or a substitute for verifying a firm's status on the official FDA pages. You are responsible for your own regulatory compliance decisions.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Paid monitoring is a monthly subscription tied to the email used at checkout. Plan limits (number of monitored suppliers) are enforced per account. You may cancel anytime through Gumroad; monitoring stops at the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to resell data access.
4. Alerts are best-effort
We check the FDA source on a daily schedule and send alert emails on a best-effort basis. Email delivery, FDA site availability, and source format changes are outside our control. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the claim.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the Service at abusive rates, misrepresent Service output as an FDA determination, or use the Service to harass or defame listed firms. Firm listings shown by the Service are statements of what the official FDA pages contain at the stated timestamp, nothing more.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
