Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Gumroad. You can cancel anytime from your Gumroad receipt or at gumroad.com/library — cancellation stops the next charge and monitoring continues to the end of the paid period.

If the Service failed to deliver what you paid for (for example, monitoring was down and you missed an alert we should have sent), contact us within 14 days of the charge via the intake form and we will refund that month — no argument.

Refunds for other situations are handled case by case, consistent with Gumroad's buyer policies. We do not refund charges older than 60 days.
